Let's Cook's mission is to give your child a unique and fun cooking experience, in order to help them make informed choices about food and an understanding around health and diet.

We also aim to make you as an adult feel more comfortable in the kitchen by expanding your skills, culinary knowledge and finishing touches.

I am a professional chef and tutor with over 30 years experience. I qualified as a chef and worked in the catering industry for many years before finding my true love, teaching. I have now taught food for over 16 years, in mainstream education and latterly working in the private sector which includes The Kitchen, James Martin's Cookery School at the Chewton Glen 5 star hotel. 

During my experience in the industry I have worked for James Martin, closely assisting him with his masterclasses. I have also worked with many celebrity chefs some including Tom Kerridge , Galton Blackiston, Sabrina Gayor and Leslie Walters to name a few.

I believe that all people have the ability to cook and learn the basic skills to achieve fantastic food. I take great pride in seeing my students realise their potential, conquering skills and creating beautiful dishes.

Sally is a kind, patient and inspiring teacher. Without her caring guidance, I wouldn’t be half as good at cooking as I am now!
